New Zealand, North Island

Exploring New Zealand's cute capital means to us: All in or nothing. At the beginning we are part of the Homegrown Festival, which shows us Kiwi acts only and introduces us to their music style. But Welli has got all, what it needs to be a Big City: Museums, Cafés and Restaurants, local brews, and the famous Cuba Street. Our Sightseeing tour takes us to the Beehive (Parliament) and the Old Government houses. We are getting an insight into politics and history. We also get into the green side of Wellington: We explore the Botanic Gardens as well as Mt Victoria and it's many tracks. On one we also find that one special Lord of the Rings set, the Hobbit hideout. Eventually we get some inspiration of other travel destinations at the Thailand Festival and explore the Night Markets and their food stalls. Finally we escape the windy weather and enjoy FIdel's coffee.
